As I contemplate what to blog about this month, I am reminded of several conversations with drivers recently. Feeling the impact of the long winter months on my body, I can relate to the topic that so many people struggle with- health/exercising. Having the time and facilities can make exercising especially challenging in the trucking industry. Although it is difficult, it is not impossible. Here are a few exercises, stretches, suggested “must-have” foods, and resources that may help staying fit on the road a little easier.
